Automatic Subscription Service Rules

By clicking to subscribe, activate, and use the CASH CHAT AI membership auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as “this auto-renewal service”), you are deemed to have agreed to these rules.

You understand and agree that:

If you activate this auto-renewal service through Android Google Pay, and do not actively and explicitly cancel this auto-renewal service within the subscription period, the relevant entity will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from your own recharge account bound at the time of activating this auto-renewal service on the expiration day of each subscription period, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to that subscription period.

If you activate this auto-renewal service through Apple's Apple ID, and do not actively and explicitly cancel this auto-renewal service within the subscription period, Apple Inc. will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the Apple ID account balance (hereinafter collectively referred to as “account”) bound at the time of activating this auto-renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to that subscription period.

To facilitate your understanding of the auto-renewal situation, Google or Apple Inc. will notify you before the next subscription period’s fee is deducted in accordance with legal requirements through means such as [in-app messages, emails]. Please pay attention to receive these notifications. Please be particularly aware that, due to the nature of the auto-renewal service, if you do not explicitly cancel the auto-renewal service within the subscription period, the platform will issue a deduction instruction for the next subscription period on your behalf to the relevant entity, and in principle, fees deducted based on this instruction will not be refunded (if you activated the auto-renewal service through Apple Inc., Apple Inc. is responsible for issuing the instruction).

Subscription period options include: 1 Weekly, 1 Month, 1 Yearly, etc. (subject to the settings on the subscription page), and members can choose at their discretion.

Methods to unsubscribe from the auto-renewal service are as follows:

(1) Android Google Pay:

Open the Google Play app.

Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.

Go to Payments & subscriptions --> Subscriptions.

Select the subscription or prepaid plan you want to cancel.

Tap Cancel subscription.

(2) Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) Payment:

For iOS 15 and above: Open "Cash Chat Bank" --> Click on "Userlogin Center" --> Click on "Unlimited" --> Click on "Renewal Management and Activation Records" --> Find the "Cash ChatAI Membership" auto-renewal service you have activated on the auto-renewal page and click to close it;

For iOS 12 and above: Open the “App Store” on your Apple iOS device --> Click on the Apple account avatar in the top right corner --> Enter “Account” --> Click on “Subscriptions” --> Select “Cash Chat AI” and cancel the subscription;

For iOS below 12: Open “Settings” on your Apple iOS device --> Enter “iTunes Store and App Store” --> Click “Apple ID”, select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click “Subscriptions”, select “Cash Chat AI”, and cancel the subscription.
